The “buy now, pay later” offering helps increase purchasing power of SMEs so they can quickly, cost-effectively benefit from SAP solutions.
SAP is making it easier for even more small and midsize enterprise (SME) customers* to increase their purchasing power so they can quickly take advantage of SAP software benefits without impacting cash flow. Its “buy now, pay later” offering, announced in March, has been extended to an additional nine countries, bringing the total to 21 (new countries in bold):
Australia | Germany | Norway |
Belgium | Italy | Portugal |
Canada | Japan | Singapore |
Colombia | Malaysia | Spain |
Denmark | Mexico | Sweden |
Finland | The Netherlands | United Kingdom |
France | New Zealand | United States |
The “buy now, pay later” offering provides SME customers zero-percent financing for up to 24 months for the purchase of any SAP product on the reseller price list. It gives SMEs a flexible option for their business to invest in new technology that will help the company grow as SAP eliminates the need for upfront capital. With all SAP products on the reseller price list available for this offer via SAP partners, SMEs have a wide variety of solutions available to choose from to address their specific needs, and increase speed for their business processes.
MasterHire, an Australian, family-owned company and provider of hire-equipment solutions across many industries, recently obtained a license for SAP BusinessObjects Business Intelligence (BI) software, Edge edition through the “buy now, pay later” offering via SAP’s distribution channel. MasterHire purchased the solution to gain real-time analytical views of its rental equipment and stock levels, allowing it to better forecast the utilization and performance of equipment across multiple locations. Working together with its partner Praxa on this deal, MasterHire has been able to obtain a cost-effective BI solution without disrupting its cash flow.
“With our “buy now, pay later” plan, SAP is making it easy for SMEs to get access to the technology they need to compete,” said Kevin Gilroy, senior vice president and general manager, Global SME Segment and Indirect Channels. “Available through SAP’s channel partners and distributors, SMEs are provided rapid access to software licenses without impacting cash flow, allowing them to grow and transform their business today.”
