
It’s official: Registration for User Group 2014 has opened! In celebration of IQMS’ 25th anniversary, we have compiled a list of the top 25 reasons you don’t want to miss this conference. Jam-packed with strategic guidance, tips and tricks, best practices, software development and dynamic networking, you are certain to leave with actionable takeaways to maximize your software utilization. So without further ado, here are the top 25 reasons you should attend User Group 2014:
No. 1: User Group 2014 is longer! New this year, we have added a whole afternoon of User Group excitement on the final day. Rather than ending the conference at noon, Thursday’s schedule has been extended to a full day.
No. 2: Attendance prices are the same as last time. User Group is not a money making venture for IQMS and we worked hard to keep the event costs down. We are proud that pricing has not increased in the past six years!
No. 3: New this year, IQMS is offering special group pricing for companies sending 3 or more attendees. The discount increases as you register more people to help you maximize your investment and get the most out of User Group.
No. 4: User Group 2014 is being held at the exotic Mirage hotel. For those of you who attended User Group 2012 at the MGM Grand – Don’t worry, the walk this year is significantly shorter.
No. 5: The IQMS User Group discounted hotel rate is only $136/night*, making the room rate cheaper than the previous User Group conference.
No. 6: There is free WiFi throughout the conference center.

No. 11: User Group will showcase three concurrent session tracks. The first is an overview track featuring introductory sessions for beginners or users looking to implement a new module. The second track is designed for intermediate users to provide knowledge and offer best practices and tips and tricks. The third is an advanced track focused on potential enhancements and in-depth discussions for EnterpriseIQ experts.
No. 12: We will be discussing SERs. Despite the fact that Software Enhancement Requests (SERs) can be discussed and voted on daily through the MyIQMS portal, we will also be discussing SERs in the advanced break-out sessions.
No. 13: There will be a fourth, special session track discussing some of our new and innovative projects and utilities such as Advanced WMS, SolidWorks and more.
No. 14: Back by popular demand, User Group will feature more of the standing room only Top 10 break-out manufacturing and accounting sessions.
No. 15: The extended afternoon on Thursday will feature client roundtable discussions and special networking opportunities.
